AHLMANN-ZERSSEN GMBH is an internationally active maritime service company, associated with the globally active logistics companies Peterson, Rotterdam and Hudig & Veder, Rhoon.

We are looking to man up the crew in our agency department in Rostock as soon as possible with a

water clerk with completed vocational training.

Your tasks:

• Order acceptance, calculation / request of port costs and monitoring of incoming payments
• Order creation, processing and its documentation, including ordering the necessary service providers
• Registration at authorities and ongoing communication with everyone involved
• Incoming and outgoing clearance of vessels in the port
• Assignment also in on-call duty
• Caring for ship´s crews

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a water clerk / shipping agent – tramp trade
• Pronounced customer orientation and willingness to serve
• Good English knowledge
• Professional use of computer
• Able to work independently and flexibly
• Team player
• Driver's license for cars
