We are looking to man up our port agency in the port of Hamburg with a

water clerk

Your tasks:

• Check of nominations, calculation of proforma disbursement accounts, invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments.
• Creating, processing and documenting orders, incl. arranging of necessary service providers
• Registration with authorities and continuous communication with all parties involved
• Clearance of incoming and outgoing vessels
• Support of the vessels´ crew

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a shipping and chartering agent
• Strong customer oriented mindset and dedication to service on a 24/7 on-call basis
• Good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office programs
• Ability to work independently and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Car driving license
