An era is coming to an end
On January 31, 2024, our employee Peter Rask officially had his last day at AHLMANN-ZERSSEN and is now enjoying his well-deserved retirement.
Peter has worked for the company for more than 23 years and in recent years has been responsible for the chartering of inland waterway vessels and the vocational training of numerous trainees.
We bid him farewell at his own request in a very small group in our Rendsburg office with an appreciative speech from Holger Trost and very personal gifts from the company and his colleagues.
We would like to also take this opportunity to thank him for his ambitious commitment and excellent work!
He leaves big shoes to fill, but his successor Heidi Kühl will certainly fill them well. She has been working at A-Z since mid-October and has been well trained by Peter in chartering.
In charge of training is now Christopher Detlevsen, who has got the training qualification for a few years and is an active member of the IHK examination board.
We wish both successors every success and look forward to continuing our excellent cooperation.
